Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Your Metronome (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Note: Use of the App installed via the App Store is also subject to Apple’s “Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).” These Terms supplement it, focusing on subscription-related disclosures.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. About the Pro Subscription

The App offers a “Pro subscription” that unlocks additional features.

2.1 What’s Included

The Pro subscription provides features such as the tempo trainer, detailed progress analytics, and unlimited preset saving.

2.2 Price and Period

Monthly plan: ¥400 / month
Annual plan: ¥3,600 / year (includes an initial 7-day free trial)

* Prices may vary depending on region, exchange rate, and Apple’s determination. The latest price is shown on the purchase screen.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

The subscription automatically renews and is charged the same amount unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Plans with a free trial automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

2.4 Cancellation and Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device’s Settings > [Apple Account] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal date.

2.5 Payment and Restoration

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Purchased subscriptions can be restored from “Restore Purchases” on the paywall screen.
If you cancel during the free trial, no charge is incurred. There is no refund for the unused portion of the trial.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not reverse engineer the App, modify it improperly, or use it in violation of laws and regulations.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

5. Privacy

The handling of user information is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect upon their posting on this page.
